Day 23 - Something you crave for a lot - CHEESE!!!

ahah! i crave for cheese. alot!




hurmm.. i wonder why? let's read.

according to my readings here and here, cravings are our body confusion, trying to give some message to us. it happens when your body did not have the right balance of vitamins and mineral, a signal/ message is sent out to to you telling you to eat something to get those vitamins/ minerals. and normally, psychologically the message will turn out to be something different when it reach your brain (end up i always crave for cheese!)
